1199 is a skilled technician with an ear for what's hot in the world of drum & bass music. He learnt to DJ in the summer of 2016 at Ctrl Sound Academy where he quickly developed his skills and realized a passion for 170+bpm music. One year on 1199's ability to play flowing sets and keep the crowd dancing landed him a place in the RnV crew. Since then he’s been regularly playing parties at C’s Bar, Dada, 151, and 3NTRY, while stocking his playlists with quality drum & bass music.
