In the early 1990s, Japan's bubble economy was at its peak and was about to implode, giving birth to a generation of people who pursued hedonism and luxury. So they turned to the club to meet their requirements for blurred sensuality. With the decline of Eurobeat and Italian Disco in Europe, J-Rave gradually received the attention of producers and became their second spring. Over time, Japanese began to incorporate these voices into its own system—Hyper Techno (ハイパーテクノ), especially Tokyo’s landmark Juliana’s Tokyo (ジュリアナ Tokyo), which found its mythical status, and people went crazy from there.
